New Kicks

There are so many things I'd love to write about but I'm staring at a stack of 13 Logs 'n Lace packages that need to be addressed and mailed before tomorrow morning (heading to 6 different states! exciiiiting!). So, for now I'll talk shoes. Because that's one of the few things I know.

 We may or may not have purchased 5 pairs of shoes in the last 2 days. They were all (minus the rain boots) on sale...so does that justify the craziness just a little bit? You ladies have been there, too. It happens sometimes.

I've wanted rain boots for the longest time, particularly Hunters, but haven't wanted to pay an exorbitant amount for them. Now that we live in Houston, where it rains constantly, they're a necessity. While on a Walmart run this evening, I spotted (pun intended!) these cute leopard rainboots and just couldn't resist. "Walmart?!" you say. That's what I said too. 

Bear has needed some new Nikes for awhile. My grandma gave him some for Christmas, but we wanted another pair to add to the collection. Scored these at the Nike outlet today for $19.99! Boom.

And there you have it. Our new shoes.

Z didn't get any. He doesn't care.
