Easy Peasy Peanut Butter Cookies

After making these cookies, we had lots of extra peanut butter and were in the mood for some more sugary goodness (as usual). We're not entirely gluttonous, so we decided to give a batch to our realtor who's worked magic for us the last few weeks. Big shout out to you, Chris! How's that for some virtual lovin'? Anyway, I saw this easy recipe on Cooks.com and knew we had to give it a try. Four ingredients? No brainer. Well, for us it's still a brainer but we attempted them anyway. And guess what? They turned out so.freakin'.yummy. They are very peanut buttery, but we have no problem with that. Chances are you already have these items in your kitchen so go ahead, go whip them up! You know you wanna.

Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter (any kind)
1 cup sugar (granulated)
1 large egg
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions
Preheat oven 350°F. Mix sugar, vanilla, and egg together. Stir in peanut butter. Form into 1" balls an press with fork. Dip fork in a little sugar so it won't stick.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 350°F. Sprinkle with sugar.

Makes one dozen cookies.
