Red Velvet Cool Whip Cookies

You may be thinking all I ever feed my husband is cookies. And it's true. You are more than welcome to come dine at Casa de Fullwood any day of the week; you might be eating a sandwich for supper but by gosh you will get a tasty dessert. That's a promise.

I can't take credit for this recipe; my sister-in-law, Ashlee, brought a big batch to our Christmas Cookie Party (seen here) and I stole the recipe because they are amazing. These cookies stay soft for days (if they last that long!) and absolutely melt in your mouth. I think it's the Cool Whip. Stuff's like magic.

Ingredients:
1 box favorite cake mix
1 tub Cool Whip
1 egg

Directions:
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Dip spoonfuls into powdered sugar. Coat completely. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!
