Chocolate & Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

I had you at Bisquick, didn't I? Stuff is legit. I love it so much, in fact, that I once finished off the box like you finish off a box of cereal or a bag of chips...head cocked back, pouring remains down the throat. Lovely image, eh? (would not recommend trying this)

Z requested chocolate chip cookies the other night and when I found this recipe on Cooks.com I knew it was "the one". The peanut butter chips were a nice little surprise that added the perfect this tastes kinda like a Reese's cup touch.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 egg
2 c. buttermillk baking mix (Bisquick or Jiffy)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. Reese's peanut butter chips

Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Mix butter, sugar, and egg together. Stir in baking mix, chocolate and peanut butter chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes or until starting to brown.
*Makes 3 dozen
